The presence of dolphins, whales, sea turtles, birds, and other animals depends on factors beyond our control.

Participants must respect wildlife, follow the instructions of guides and operators, and comply with applicable environmental rules.

Tour itineraries may be adjusted when necessary to respect wildlife, protect natural areas, or maintain safety.

8. Health, Safety, and Participant Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for reviewing the requirements of their chosen activities and ensuring that they can participate safely.

Before booking, inform us of any relevant mobility limitations, accessibility needs, age-related considerations, or other requirements that could affect participation.

You agree to:

• Follow instructions provided by guides, drivers, and activity operators.
• Follow applicable safety procedures and use required safety equipment.
• Arrive at the agreed pickup point or meeting location on time.

• Treat guides, drivers, other participants, local communities, and natural environments respectfully.
• Avoid participating in an activity while impaired by alcohol, drugs, or any other substance that could compromise safety.

If a participant cannot safely take part in an activity, the operator may restrict participation where reasonably necessary for safety and in accordance with applicable law and the relevant booking terms.

9. Transportation Services

For transportation bookings, customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup locations, destinations, passenger numbers, contact details, and flight information when relevant.

For airport transfers, please provide your flight number and scheduled arrival or departure time so the arrangements can be coordinated.

Customers should notify Carrillo Tours promptly of flight changes, delays, or other circumstances that may affect pickup arrangements.

Pickup times, waiting arrangements, luggage limits, vehicle options, and additional charges will depend on the confirmed transportation service.
